What size properties do you manage?
Small to mid-size Florida ALFs — typically 15 to 100 beds. Our sweet spot is the size of community that gets ignored by big chains but deserves professional operations.
What states do you operate in?
Florida today. Adjacent Southeast states planned as we grow — we don't stretch into a state we haven't earned.
How are your fees structured?
Typically a percentage of gross revenue for turnkey management, or a fixed per-bed monthly fee. Advisory and turnaround engagements are fixed-scope, fixed-fee. Details discussed on the first call.
What's the minimum engagement term?
Turnkey management starts at 24 months so we can build real results. Interim and transitional engagements are 60–180 days.
How quickly can you take over?
Standard turnkey transition: 30–45 days. Emergency or crisis coverage: same-week possible with pre-qualification.
